The Hawaiian Ocean is Mother Nature's most powerful force in the Hawaiian Islands. A documentary was done on spinal injuries in the Discovery Channel in relation to the unrelenting force of the waves and the underlying current there.

I love this photograph. It reminds me so much of Hawaii where I grew up. I would play in the ocean's waves all day until it was dusk and the sun would set over Waikiki. The ocean is my element. It is where I thrive the most.

Adult Bald Eagle lands
