~The Forest of Volcano Village~
This is a very special and spiritual place where I once lived.
I will always have strong ties to Volcano Village as it is
along the border of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park where
Madam Pele lives and breathes lives into the land.
My spirituality as a Hawaiian and a hula dancer is heightened
by this area and my inspiration as an artist and photographer
is inspired by what I see and feel here on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Lance Armstrong
My cardiologist, John Cogan of Queen's Medical Center
told me I have something in common with Lance Armstrong.
We both genetically have large hearts that allow us to have
endurance that others do not.
He is my favorite athlete.
