From the Wave

It mounts at sea, a concave wall
Down-ribbed with shine,
And pushes forward, building tall
Its steep incline.
Then from their hiding rise to sight
Black shapes on boards
Bearing before the fringe of white
It mottles towards.
Their pale feet curl, they poise their weight
With a learn’d skill.
It is the wave they imitate
Keeps them so still.
The marbling bodies have become
Half wave, half men,
Grafted it seems by feet of foam
Some seconds, then,
Late as they can, they slice the face
In timed procession:
Balance is triumph in this place,
Triumph possession.
The mindless heave of which they rode
A fluid shelf
Breaks as they leave it, falls and, slowed,
Loses itself.
Clear, the sheathed bodies slick as seals
Loosen and tingle;
And by the board the bare foot feels
The suck of shingle.
They paddle in the shallows still;
Two splash each other;
Then all swim out to wait until
The right waves gather.

At the christening of a long-wished-for princess, fairies invited as godmothers offered gifts, such as beauty, wit, and musical talent. However, a wicked fairy who had been overlooked placed the princess under an enchantment as her gift, saying that, on reaching adulthood, she would prick her finger on a spindle and die. A good fairy, though unable to completely reverse the spell, said that the princess would instead sleep for a hundred years, until awakened by the kiss of a prince and true love's first kiss.

I am a frog
I live under a spell
I live at the bottom
of green well

right now doing missionary work. They have been there since prior to the earthquake and are there now. These photographs are NOT on the news stations and are much more detailed than what you may ever see.
One of my relatives, a woman, was killed in the earthquake. Perhaps now, my photo above makes more sense as to why I chose a red colour.

The great ones in life, the leaders, movers, and shakers in this world are often criticized when they try to make a difference. It unfortunately took Michael Jackson's death for all of us to look into our own mirror and ask ourselves this question, "Who am I and how can I change within myself to touch the world with love?"We are all polished mirrors of our own souls.
